Each product materials used are stated in the product description.  Some customers might be sensitive/allergic to certain type of materials, therefore please do check the product description to avoid allergic reactions. The Riley. J is not be liable for any allergic reactions and will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges in these situations. Please refrain from wearing the jewellery when irritation or discomfort occurs.

Non-Hypoallergenic Metals:

Non-Metals:

• Beads
• Acrylic
• Fabric

 

All our pieces are lead & nickel free except for any alloy or copper material products. 

All the hypoallergic products are water resistant & tarnish free. Pieces that states it are gold plated, the colour will fade after 1 - 2 years. 

 

 The Riley. J will not be liable for any discolouration/tarnish after purchase has been made and used. Please do avoid contact with water, perfumes, moisturisers and oil when wearing the jewellery. When not wearing the jewellery, store it away from sunlight in a dry environment to prevent discolouration. Use a soft cotton cloth to polish jewellery after it has been worn.

 

BREAKAGE

• Studs/connectors/earring backings may loosen & bent due to wear and tear after multiple use, which is dependant to consumer's handling. Do not tug or force open as it may tend to break.
• Non- metals jewellery may tend to break, distorted or scratched as it is fragile, if dropped.
